Mediqueue is committed to respecting the privacy of every person who shares information with it or whose information it receives. Protecting the dignity of Your (defined below) faith is Our (defined below) absolute religion. Your (defined below) privacy is important to Us (defined below) and We (defined below) strive to take care and protect the information We (defined below) receive from You (defined below) to the best of Our (defined below) ability. We (defined below) insist upon the highest standards for secure transactions and customer information privacy. Please read the following statement to learn about Our (defined below) information gathering and dissemination practices.

The terms ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refer to you as the user (registered or unregistered or Practitioners or HCS) of the Application, Application, or Services, and the terms ‘We’, ‘Us” and ‘Our’ refer to Mediqueue.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect Personal Information about the Users of the Services, including the Practitioners (as defined in the Terms of Use), and the Users (as defined in the Terms of Use). We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms of Use.

Definitions :

SERVICE means the mediqueue.in Application operated by Reactova.

PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.

DATA PROCESSORS (OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.

DATA SUBJECT is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.

THE USER is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

Consent :

By registering to the service or the Application named as Medique, You will have deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bounded by the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use of the Application and the other Services, by accessing the Application or by otherwise providing Us Your Personal Information Yourself or through a Primary User or by making use of the Services provided by the Application, You unconditionally signify Your (i) assent to the Privacy Policy, and (ii) consent to the Utilisation of your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the terms of this privacy policy, at our sole discretion, at any time.

You acknowledge that You are providing Your Personal Information out of Your free will. If You use the Services on behalf of someone else (including but not limited to, Your child – minor or major or as a legal representative of an individual with mental illness) or an entity (such as Your employer), You represent that You are authorized by such individual or entity to (i) accept this Privacy Policy on such individual’s or entity’s behalf, and (ii) consent on behalf of such individual or entity to Our collection, use and disclosure of such individual’s or entity’s Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Further, You hereby acknowledge that the Utilization of Your Personal Information by Mediqueue is necessary for the purposes identified hereunder. You hereby consent that the Utilization of any Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall not cause any wrongful loss to You.

If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy at any time, do not use these services or do not give us any of your information. You will have an option to withdraw your consent at any time or not to provide use of your personal information. If You do not provide Us Your Personal Information or if You withdraw the consent to provide Us Your Personal Information at any point in time, We shall have the option not to fulfill the purposes for which the said Personal Information was sought and We may restrict You from using the Application or Services. But it must be kept in mind that Mediqueue does not allow to delete any previous information that you have already provided at the time of using our services. However, this information will be protected by us forever.

Why this Privacy Policy is Important? :

The extant law on privacy and data protection is very clear. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 ("Sensitive Information Rules") requires every business in India, which collects, receives, possesses, stores, transmits, processes or can associate pretty much any other verb with 'personal information' directly under a contractual obligation with the provider of information4, to have a privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy states the following:

  1. The type of information collected from the Users, including Personal Information (as defined in paragraph 2 below) and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined in paragraph 2 below) relating to an individual;

  2. The purpose, means, and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention, and destruction of such information; and

  3. How and to whom Practo will disclose such information.

Information Collection :

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. Types of data collected are :

Personal Data: In order to provide Services to You we might require You to voluntarily provide Us certain information that personally identifies You or a Users related to You. You hereby consent to the collection of such information by Mediqueue. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, information collected by us from you may include (but is not limited to) the following :

  1. Patient/Caregiver/Doctor/Health Care Specialists Name;

  2. Birthdate/age,

  3. Gender,

  4. Address (including country and pin/postal code),

  5. Location information, including Your GPS location,

  6. Phone number/mobile number,

  7. Email address,

  8. User details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter.

The information collected from you by Mediqueue may constitute ‘personal information’ or ‘sensitive personal data or information’ under the SPI Rules.

Personal Information is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

Others Data: The SPI Rules further define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

  1. passwords;

  2. financial information such as bank accounts, credit, and debit card details or other payment instrument details;

  3. medical records and history;

  4. visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter;

While using our Service, we may also collect the following information:

  1. Details of documents on education, qualification, professional training, employment agreements;

  2. Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used.



How We Collect Information?

The methods by which We collect Your Information include but are not limited to the following :

  1. When You register on Our Application,

  2. When You provide Your Personal Information to Us,

  3. During the course of Services provided to You by Us,

  4. When You use the features on Our Application,

  5. Through Your device, once You have granted permissions to Our Application (discussed below),

  6. We collect information that Your app sends whenever You visit Our Application, such as, the Log Data. In addition, We may use third-party services such as Pixel that collect, monitor, and analyze this. This information is kept completely secure.



Use of Collected Information :

Your Information may be used for various purposes including but not limited to the following :

  1. In order to enable You to use the Application and utilize the Services.

  2. to debug customer support related issues;

  3. to operate and improve the Application;

  4. to personalize Your experience on the Application;

  5. to provide You with information services available on the Application;

  6. to protect the integrity of the Application;

  7. to contact You via phone, SMS, email or third-party communication services such as Whatsapp, etc. for appointments, technical issues, payment reminders, obtaining feedback and other security announcements;

  8. to build Your profile on the Application;

  9. to conduct internal reviews and data analysis for the Application (e.g., to determine the number of visitors to specific pages within the Application);

  10. to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of Our Terms of Use, breach of Our agreement with You or as otherwise required by law;

  11. to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law;

  12. to conduct analytical studies on various aspects including user behavior, user preferences, etc.

How We Protect Your Information? :

  1. The security of Your Personal Information is important to us. We have adopted reasonable security practices and procedures to ensure that the Personal Information (protected health information) collected is secure. You agree that such measures are secured and adequate. We restrict access to Your Personal Information to Our and Our affiliates' employees, agents, third-party service providers, partners, and agencies who need to know such Personal Information in relation to the Purposes as specified above in this Privacy Policy and provided that such entities agree to abide by this Privacy Policy.

  2. While We will endeavor to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any information which We hold about You and prevent unauthorized access, You acknowledge that the internet is not 100% secure and that We cannot provide any absolute assurance regarding the security of Your Personal Information. We nor any of the HCP on mediqueue will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of information caused by Us in relation to Your Personal Information.

Sharing and Transfering of Personal Information :

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

  1. You authorize Us to exchange, transfer, share, part with all or any of Your Personal Information, across borders and from Your country to any other countries across the world with Our affiliates/agents/third-party service providers/banks and financial institutions for the purposes specified under this Policy or as may be required by applicable law.

  2. You hereby consent and authorize Us to publish feedback obtained by You on Our Application.

  3. User’s financial information is transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, the User is advised to exercise discretion while saving the payment details.

  4. You acknowledge that some countries where We may transfer Your Personal Information may not have data protection laws that are as stringent as the laws of Your own country. You acknowledge that it is adequate that when Mediqueue transfers Your Personal Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, Mediqueue will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that Mediqueue may be obligated to by law to disclose or transfer your Personal Information with Courts and Government agencies in certain instances such as for the verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, and punishment for offenses, or in compliance with laws such as intimation of diagnosis of an epidemic disease. You hereby consent to disclosure or transfer of Your Personal Information in these instances.

  5. Notwithstanding the above, We are not responsible for the confidentiality, security, or distribution of Your Personal Information by third parties outside the scope of Our Agreement with such third parties. Further, We shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Us including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User, etc.

  6. We may share Your Personal Information with Our other corporate and/or associate entities and affiliates to (i) help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud, and other potentially illegal acts and cybersecurity incidents, and (ii) help and detect co-related/related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of Our Services.

Changes to the Privacy Policy :

Mediqueue reserve the right to update (change, modify, add and/or delete) the Privacy Policy from time to at our sole discretion, with or without any advance notice. There is a tab at the beginning of the Privacy Policy which indicates when the Privacy Policy was last updated.

In the event, there are significant changes in the way Mediqueue treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, Mediqueue will intimate Users of the amendment on User’s registered email id, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Services, you may logout of the Applications to deactivate your account. Once again if you do not agree to the amendments, please do not use our Application or Services any further.

Permissions :

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below or to perform certain operations or actions in your device. These actions include permissions to :

  1. read/write/modify/delete data in relation to the application on your device’s storage;

  2. determine Your approximate location from sources like, but not limited to, mobile towers and connected Wi-Fi networks. This Application may collect, use and share user location data in order to provide location-based services;

  3. access device information including device identification number required to send notification/push notifications;

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document. The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.


Payments :

We may provide paid services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, to secure credit and debit card transactions against data theft and fraud. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.



Children’s Privacy :

Mediqueue strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Mediqueue Application and Services are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”), Mediqueue respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Terms of storage of all information :

Mediqueue will store all the information or data collected from the Users forever. Users will not be able to delete their personal information or other data permanently, whether they are an active user or they have withdrawn their relationship with Mediqueue.

Mediqueue will store this data for security purposes. And Mediqueue will protect your all data till any valid reason appears to publish this data. Medique respects the User’s privacy and we are committed to protecting your faith, so the Users are requested to comply the terms and conditions of uses in relation to this Application as an active or non-active or deactivated user. Otherwise, we may share your information with the third party if any valid reason appears which reminds that you have done something wrong, which violating our terms and condition and is a threat to the society or if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, Under certain circumstances.
